But hey, we are in this together and will help you sort things out, here is how:

  • send us an email at explaining the issue, including your order # 
  • ensure that the original or a copy of your invoice is included with your shipment
  • images of damaged deliveries will be needed to help address with our carriers or shipping team
  • Upon our e-mail confirmation please send your item(s) that you wish to return to your our headquarter: Botanicalp.srls, Via al Castel Bragher 13, 38012 Predaia (TN), Italy
  • We only accept returns of products that are new, unused and in their original package. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. The shipping costs will go by the customer. 
  • We ask you to ensure that the original or a copy of your invoice is included with your shipment. Returned items will be carefully checked. When the product is in perfect conditions the corresponding amount will be paid in the following 42 days.

Some other important elements to consider:

  • We accept claims & returns up until 14 days from the day of delivery, so please make sure you check out our products before!
  • We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of our website, please contact the retailer purchased from regarding their policy
  • All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. We cannot refund to another an alternative card. The refund will be issued upon processing of the returned item(s). Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your request. You will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing. Please note this timeframe may be impacted by COVID-19.
  • Botanicalp.srls maintains the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund and, if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to receive.
